Zimbabwean tycoon Strive Masiyiwa set out with $75 - but he says it doesn't matter whether you have nothing or millions if you want to become an entrepreneur.



He says the preoccupation of budding business leaders shouldn't be capital.

And if there is a mobile phone in your hand, "you can start something with that," he adds.

He also has a message of "don't despair" for millennials who feel they don't have suitable opportunities.
