Royal family outreach in Scotland and England.

Yesterday Prince Charles reopened a swimming pool he helped refurbish in the town of New Cumnock in a poor corner of East Ayrshire, Scotland that has been revitalized by the "heritage-led regeneration" launched by the Prince a decade ago at the crumbling Dumfries House estate nearby. Today in London, the Queen and Prince William visited an emergency
center for victims of the horrific Grenfell Tower fire two days ago. They spoke to survivors and commended emergency workers and volunteers at the Westway Sports Centre near the destroyed apartment building where scores are believed to have perished. Prince William, who has worked for several years as a medical evacuation helicopter pilot, described the raging inferno that engulfed the tower as "one of the most terrible things I have ever seen."
