This “Insane man” was arrested at Asaba, Delta state with a bag full of used baby pampers. He collects them from people's wastebin in the guise of scavenging for daily food.
On interrogation, he confessed
“ Any baby I pick his/her used pampers only lives for 14 days, afterward he dies ”
And mention that he sells them to a client in Ogun state.
