An incident confirmed by the Officials of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) on a commercial luxury bus lost control and plunged into a river in Ikorodu, Lagos State, at the early hours of Friday, leaving 3 passengers feared dead. An eye witness account blamed the incident on the unproffessional driving skill took by the driver, saying he lost control of the vehicle as a result of speeding.

At least, three people have reportedly lost their lives while several others secured minor injuries. The bus belonging to G.O.U Transport, conveying passengers from the eastern part of the country, Rescue operations have begun.
