Marie-Louise Eta The First Female Coach in Top-flight Men’s Football

This is Marie-Louise Eta. 

She is a female football coach of a football club in Germany called Union Berlin, and the first female coach to be appointed coach of a top-flight men's football club in Germany. 

She is also the first female coach to be appointed coach of a men's football club in Europe. 

Her appointment made history, and it was historic. 

Because she dared, other men's football clubs in Europe will take a cue to start appointing female coaches as head coaches. 

I think it will be a common practice going forward because one person opened the doors for others.
